Brand Manager
Location: Cikarang

 

Responsibilities

  • As our Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving marketing and sales strategies. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting in-depth market research on the local aesthetic and chemical pharmaceutical markets to develop and execute overseas marketing and sales strategies.
  • Analyzing market trends and regulatory changes to create robust product launch plans and sales support activities.
  • Establishing and managing a local direct sales team; overseeing and training team members to set clear sales goals and KPIs while developing strategies to enhance performance.
  • Segmenting local customers and establishing block partnerships, evaluating and managing their performance effectively.
  • Building product credibility and promoting sales through close networking with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and local stakeholders.
  • Planning and managing Indonesia-specific product marketing materials and promotional activities to expand market presence and increase product awareness.
  • Organizing and participating in various industry conferences and symposiums to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent alignment between marketing efforts and overall business objectives.
  • Analyzing the competitive landscape to continuously refine strategies, maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
  • Providing sales forecasts, reports, and strategic insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
  • Monitoring competitor activities to offer insights for strategy refinement.
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on marketing performance using data to optimize future strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with Indonesian healthcare regulations.

 

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy or related science fields preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years in sales or marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Specific Skills
  • 2+ years of experience in aesthetic product sales or marketing teams (such as toxin, filler, skin boosters, lifting, etc.).
  • Experience in team management and coaching with a focus on developing sales strategies based on performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Strong networking skills and experience working with KOLs, complemented by excellent communication abilities.
  • Proven experience in product launches.
