1. Medical Affairs

1) Team introduction:

  DBI Development team is a team that conducted between Indonesian Medical Doctors and Project Manager's who are in charge for each therapeutic area of several clinical trial project. MD and Project Manager will work closely to plan, run, monitor and obtained a good results of the clinical study that we are conducted in Indonesia. Also, Indonesian MD and Project Manager will report to the leader that based in Headquarter - South Korea in weekly and monthly basis.

 

2) Qualifications

 - Must have medical doctor certificate (dr/md).

 - Must have completed the internship period.

 - Must have Surat Tanda Registrasi and Surat Izin Praktek (Min have 2 years working experience).

 

3) Competencies

 - Excellent verbally and written communication skills in English

 - Proficiency in medical writing, including the ability to prepare scientific documents such as clinical study reports, and scientific presentation.

 - Capable to search, review and analyze scientific literature in both English and Indonesian

 - Excellence in creating material using Ms. Office (Word, PowerPoint)

 

4) Responsibilities

 - Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders healthcare professionals and key stakeholders in the medical community.

 - Provide medical input into the development of clinical trial projects.

 - Ensuring compliance with SOPs and local regulations, and ICH and GCP guidelines.

 - Create and review scientific content, including publications, presentations, and educational materials.

 - Represent the company at scientific conferences, advisory boards, and other scientific forums.

 

 

2. Medical specialist of Global Marketing

1) Team introduction:

  Global Marketing Team in Global Business Department is composed of two parts, consist of Global Marketing and Project Leading. This position will be part of the Global Marketing and be responsible for mainly conducting local marketing in Indonesia

 

2) Qualifications

[REQUIRED]

 - Physician with MD degree from Indonesia with GP certificate

 - Strong written and oral English communication skills

 - Openness to exploring new approaches and technologies

 

[PREFERRED]

 - Preference for more than 1 year of medical experience in hospital

 - Experience in Gastroenteroloy or Diabetology are preferred but not required

 - Preference for experience in any other pharmaceutical business

 - Willingness to learn and have basic knowledge of surgery material and medical device

 

 

3) Competencies

 - Excellent Project Management Skills (ability to optimally balance timelines, cost and quality in projects)

 - Structured thinking and problem solving

 - Excellent collaboration and influencing skills with exceptional interpersonal skills to conduct collaboration with team

4) Responsibilities

 - Offer medical insights to support marketing activities within the company.

 - Strategize, develop, and execute global marketing activities for Daewoong’s product

 - Establish and manage a network of medical professionals and national KOLs

 - Act as a communication channel between Indonesian branch office and global headquarters to ensure seamless communication and to align global marketing strategies and activities

 

 

1. Initial training in Korea

 - Participate in an immersive training program in Korea, led by industry experts.

 - Receive executive training to understand Daewoong’s product portfolios, global marketing strategy, and unique selling points

 

2. Global marketing activities

 - Create compelling marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and product presentations

Drive brand awareness and product adoption through innovative marketing initiatives and targeted outreach efforts

 

3. Collaboration with headquarters

 - Act as a liaison between headquarters and the Indonesia branch to ensure seamless communication.

 - Contribute to the development of global marketing plans, providing valuable insights and recommendations based on market research and industry trends.

 

4. Market research and network expansion in Indonesia

 - After training, the candidate  will be relocated to Indonesia post-training  for hands-on market research and identification of opportunities for Daewoong’s  products in the local healthcare market.

 - Support business development and marketing by providing valuable medical insights  related to current medical practices, competitive landscapes, and ongoing development activities.

 - Expand the network of medical professionals, establish relationships with key stakeholders,and engage in meaningful collaborations.

 - Attend conferences, seminars, and industry-related medical events.
