Surgical Nurse
Location: Bali, Indonesia

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Surgical Nurse to join our dynamic team in a prominent beauty clinic in Bali. The Surgical Nurse will play a vital role in assisting our plastic surgeon during surgical procedures, ensuring patient care from pre-operative to post-operative stages, and maintaining a safe and efficient operating environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the plastic surgeon during surgeries by providing assistance as needed, ensuring all tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Conduct regular checks and maintain an inventory of surgical supplies and instruments, ensuring that all necessary items are available, correctly stocked, and in good condition prior to each procedure.
• Provide comprehensive care to surgery patients throughout their surgical journey, including preparing patients for surgery, monitoring their condition, and offering support during recovery.
• Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments according to safety protocols and the specific needs of each patient, ensuring all equipment is ready for use.
• Monitor patients post-surgery for any adverse reactions or complications, reporting issues promptly and providing necessary care and comfort.

Requirements

• Active STR: Must possess an active nurse license (Surat Tanda Registrasi - STR) to practice in Indonesia.
• Willing to Relocate: Candidates must be willing to work in Bali and adapt to the local culture.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a beauty clinic or as an assistant in a surgical room.
• Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in English at a conversational level; additional language skills are a plus.
• Open-mindedness: A willingness to learn new techniques and approaches and be receptive to constructive feedback in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Qualifications

• Language Skills: Proficiency in other Asian languages such as Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese is highly desirable and will be an asset in communicating with diverse patient groups.
• Educational Background: Preference will be given to candidates holding a certificate in surgical nursing or those who have undergone specialized training in surgical treatment.
