Human Resources Officer
Location: Bali

 

Responsibilities

 

HR Strategy and Planning

  • Collaborate with senior management to forecast workforce needs and create staffing plans.

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Lead the recruitment process for all Bali operations, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring, in coordination with the Jakarta and Bali offices.
  • Design and conduct effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires smoothly into the organization.

Employee Relations

  • Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and implement effective resolution strategies.

Training and Development

  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Coordinate with external training providers and ensure continuous professional development.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary and benefits packages.

HR Administration

  • Oversee daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Executive Assistant

  • Support the General Manager’s activities according to office operations.
  • Support management needs for multiple projects within our diverse business.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent situational leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Korean language is a plus.
  • Experience in the hospitality or healthcare industry is a plus.
  • High sense of urgency and agility with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with the local business environment in Bali.
  • Will be based in Bali.
