Stem Cell Production Staff
Location: Cikarang

Responsibilities

• Operate, clean, and maintain the equipment and machines in the production area.
• Ensure that products are manufactured in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Perform media formulation, cell counting, cell culture, cell harvest, and product filling.
• Perform environmental monitoring according to schedule.
• Conduct visual inspection processes and packaging processes.
• Implement standard operating procedures for production processes.
• Monitor and prepare raw materials, consumables, and other resources.
• Ensure that the workplace is safe and clean. Record all production activities in related documents.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with an active STRA.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in cell manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, endurance, proactiveness, and adaptability with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Jawa Barat.
