Stem Cell Production Operator
Location: Cikarang

Responsibilities

• Operate the equipment and machines in the production area.
• Perform cell counting, media formulation, and material sterilization for the culture process.
• Inspect machine and cell culture conditions during culture storage and processes.
• Assist the main operator when working in the BSC and record details in the batch record.
• Report any problems occurring during the culture process to staff or supervisors.
• Record every process in the culture area to relevant documentation.
• Prepare and perform material and sterile gown sterilization processes.
• Sanitize the room and machines in the culture area.
• Perform environmental monitoring as per the schedule.
• Conduct integrity tests for each filter used (before and after).
• Measure and print measurement results, attaching them to the appropriate documents.
• Perform visual inspection and packaging processes.
• Store the product in the specified storage.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School or Vocational School diploma.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a QC Analyst; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.) and data analysis.
• Maximum age: 25 years.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
