Cosmetic Production Operator
Location: Cikarang

Responsibilities

• Carry out the production process according to SOP, work instructions, and related forms, and implement a record-keeping system for related activities.
• Prepare equipment for the production process.
• Perform cleaning and sanitizing of cosmetic production machines, recording the results.
• Weigh raw materials according to work instructions and record the results in related documents.
• Process and sample according to work instructions and record the results in related documents.
• Perform filling and packaging processes as well as sampling according to work instructions and record the results in relevant documents.
• Store the product in the appropriate storage area.
• Operate machines and equipment according to related work instruction documents.
• Carry out environmental monitoring according to related documents and schedule.
• Clean and sanitize production rooms as per schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production room and equipment.
• Report and follow up on discrepancies during the production process in coordination with the production staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum Vocational School (Pharmacy).
• Minimum 1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Maximum age: 25 years.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
